Metal Detectors for Less was born after four treasure hunting friends spent almost 30 years on sites all over the world hunting for treasure. We were frequently asked “What are you doing?” as we walked over all kinds of terrain searching for targets, and after explaining the joy, excitement, and descriptions of treasures found, many people wanted to know where they could get their own metal detector. Since we were all familiar with all different kinds of metal detectors, either from our own tried and true experience with a brand or from being employed at metal detector distributors, we offered some good advice for people; where they could find the best detector, and more importantly, the best price for their needs. After years of passing our favorite hobby on to friends and acquaintances we decided to do the same for anyone who wants to get the best detector at the best price. We really believe that metal detectors are fun to use, great exercise, and pays off in finds of money, rings, jewelry, gold, relics, artifacts and, in many cases, real treasures. Since we’re serious about our business we buy metal detecting equipment in large quantities – not only metal detectors, but accessories, books and DVD’s too. This allows us to save money and pass those savings on to our customers; you! We have no over-head, no rent, and no store. All we worry about is warehouse spaces in four complexes that stay stocked all the time. Any orders you place with us we are able to get out as soon as possible, from the warehouse that’s closest to you.
